Established in the late 1970’s, SANC Group’s initial businesses were timber trading and processing and building materials supplies. The group expanded its business into construction and renovation, project management and consultation. Since 2006 the group has extended its business into property development in Malaysia, New Zealand and Australia. We consistently hold our believes to explore and integrate our businesses not only horizontally but vertically. This ensures good control of the supply and costs of building materials, as well as being able to carefully manage all aspects of a development from start to finish as efficiently as possible. The end result is a property which is diligently designed and built for our customers at affordable cost.
